Pulled beef tacos

Ingredients :

  • 500gr of JEAN ROUTHIAU cooked pulled beef
  • 250gr sweetcorn
  • 250gr cubed avocado
  • 8 white flour tortillas (15cm)
  • 1 finely chopped garlic cloàve
  • 15ml lemon juice, 10ml olive oil
  • a pinch of smoked paprika and a pinch of salt and pepper
  • sliced radish, sour cream
  • chopped fresh coriander

Preparation :

  • To make the salsa sauce, carefully mix the sweetcorn, avocado cubes, garlic, lemon juice and olive oïl in a bowl with a pinch of paprika, salt and ground black pepper
  • Wrap the tortillas in tin foil and heat in the oven at 150°c for 10-15mins
  • Spread the pulled beef over the tortillas. Garnish with the salsa, radish slices, sour cream and fresh coriander
