Ingredients :

For 1 burger:

  • 100g Jean Routhiau shredded confit duck
  • 1 slice Tendance Créative brioche French toast (85g)
  • 100g Simplement Végétal crushed potatoes
  • 20g shallot

Preparation :

  • To give it a "burger" look, you can use a round cookie cutter

  • Cut the slice of brioche French toast horizontally to obtain to obtain two thin slices of brioche French toast, like a burger bun.
  • Gently cook a finely sliced shallot and spread on the bottom slice of the brioche French toast (burger base)
  • Spread on the shredded confit duck, then the crushed potatoes
  • Place the second slice of brioche French toast on top.
  • Place in the oven at 140°C for 15 minutes.
