Tartlets with shredded duck and crushed potatoes
- 100g shredded confit duck, JEAN ROUTHIAU
- Buttered crushed potatoes, SIMPLEMENT VEGETAL
- 4 mini tartlets
- "Crispy" topping
- Salt and pepper
- Fill each tartlet with 25g buttered crushed potatoes.
- Add the shredded confit duck to the tartlets, and sprinkle them with "Crispy" topping
- Place in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes
