A voluntary policy of commitment for sustainable growing
JRT wishes its action be in line with a policy looked into the future and the future generations respect.
Our view of sustainable growing is foremost an action on the long view. In this direction, we take into account the three aspects of sustainable growing including social and environmental aspects added to economic aspects.
Concrete actions
In order to improve our societal and environmental results, voluntary commitments were made – beyond legal obligations-.
We can various actions as :
- “security + process”: our staff security at work
- Waste collect, recycling and reprocessing system
- Implementation of energetic consumption control systems
- Implementation of a policy of “eco-responsible” purchase
- Commitment for industrial risks prevention
- Awareness and training of our employees about everybody behaviour towards environmental conservation

JEAN ROUTHIAU company involved itself towards ADEME (environmental and energy control agency) and adhere to the “Défi pour la terre”.
Security and prevention commitment
“Security +” policy lead by JEAN ROUTHIAU company and implemented for nearly 1 year is aimed at decreasing the number of accident at work, keeping our improvement result about security and involving, associating and informing our staff.
The first results are encouraging.
Alimentary and labour securities remain the company global project priorities.
