FIRST COMMITMENT : to guarantee food security and hygiene control
- A mentality :
The absolute priority is the consumers security thanks to our employees constant involvement and ability and thanks to technical investments (equipment of detection, automation, computerization).
JEAN ROUTHIAU developed food and hygiene security measures (based on the HACCP method: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) in all levels of product manufacturing to avoid any risk and to guarantee the product security.
A specialised and multidisciplinary team is constantly in charge of the updating and optimisation of these measures.
- The recognition :
The rigorous efforts which have been granted daily to ensure a perfect food security were rewarded in 2006 and in 2007 by getting the IFS certification at the superior level.
The IFS certification is a referential of high demand based on the control of the food risks. It is an international recognition.
SECOND COMMITMENT : Control guarantee of the product quality and consistency
- Thanks to processes well established and the respect of rules
- Thanks to a rigorous selection of raw materials and ingredients (no OGM, no ionized material, allergens and food additives limited at the bare minimum).
- Thanks to the constant will of improvement based on the customer attention, the continuous pursuit of solutions, the internal audits, the management quality meetings.

THIRD COMMITMENT : Traceability control guaranty
Each unit sold owns its batch number. For each batch number, we know the used raw materials origin, production conditions (quality controls) and final destination.
FOURTH COMMITMENT : An everyday commitment
To guarantee to our customers food security, product steadiness and traceability, our whole teams have to be involved daily, each at his own level of responsibility.
The respect of consumers and our customers is a constant motivation. In our opinion, “the quality” must be found in factory, manufacture but also in the relationships with our customers and providers.
Through our quality policy, we get involved to improve constantly our products and services quality by the way of federative projects.
