Founded in 1978 by Jean Routhiau (President of the Steering Committee), the company is now run by his children.

Since its creation, this Industrial family Firm has developed its policy of being the forerunner in its field, making it one of the most innovative actors in the marketplace, both in fresh goods and frozen products.

The company has three main activities (cooked meats, prepared dishes, catering) which are dispatched between three sites. These activities are principally the production of poultry and beef charcuteries, prepared dishes and confits, stuffed meats and numerous other catering products.

The company’s main customers are the Restauration, the food industry, supermarkets with own label brands and Home Service Freezer Center.
